End of The Road: 2015 Spring Tour Report
“The Road to Incineration” has been long and LOUD! With over 1600 miles travelled on this UK run. We’ve made tons of awesome new friends and had some of the best shows we’ve ever played: culminating with the absolutely phenomenal Incineration Festival yesterday. We can’t say enough great things about how well this Fest was run; hosted in four legendary London venues by three of the country’s finest promoters! The Black Heart was rammed, and it truly was a thrill to see so much action (non-stop, wall-to-wall moshing for our last few songs!) and to receive such an amazing response. Massive congratulations to our friends at Old Empire, Nazgul Agency and Aeon Promotions; you guys are building something truly historic for extreme Metal in the capital, and we are honoured to have been involved. Many hails.
Special thanks to everyone who has helped us on The Road to Incineration Tour: Stephen Moss, Steve Tefis, Nimai Pujara, Simon Hall, Errol Watson, Kim Ives, Mark Woodbridge, Diane Davies, Gus Ratcliffe and Invasive for fun times and for lending us Caroline (a.k.a The Merch-Queen Supreme!) and killer photographers; Inga Steindal, Martin Newman, Colin Tyler, Al Pulford and Steve Russ. Hails and ales to all the great bands that we’ve shared the stage with over this last month, and of course, to every single person who came and saw us and bought merch etc.
This week we return to the Dark Lord’s Lair to begin recording vocals for the new album with Chris Tsangarides. Then on Sunday May 24th, Wretched Soul returns to Brighton as Special Guests at the Bloodstock Metal 2 The Masses Grand Final. Ancient Ascendant will be guest headlining the show. Let’s get Brutal, Brighton! \m/
